DAY 10 – BREATHING INTO THE SPINE

This morning’s practice was all about breathing and getting into the spine.  Lots of cat/cow stretches, lots of lengthening through the spine, and just simply paying attention.  When I needed extra time in my upper back, I stayed there and breathed.  When I needed to open through the sacrum, I stayed there and breathed.  It just felt good.

Affirmation for meditation:  I now deserve love and joy.
