DAY 10: CREATING AN INTENTION

Do you set an intention when you come to the mat?  It can be anything – a prayer, an offering, a dedication.  Sometimes you can set an intention for the healing of a relationship, or for forgiveness.  Or maybe just coming to the mat and asking that your practice be a reflection of your TRUE self. 

This morning I set an intention – a BIG ONE.  Now I’m looking to the positive energy of the universe, myself, family and friends, to see this through. 

Set an intention when you’re on your mat, and let it guide you through your practice, along with the breath.  You’ll be amazed.
