This has been such a week of ups and downs.  Between last Tuesday’s earthquake and Hurrican Irene, it brings us back to really having to consider and hold close the things we love.  Take time out to be grateful – for your health, your family and friends, your home and your safety.

And if you are feeling like you just don’t want to practice today, here’s a suggestion:  practice with someone you love.

  1. This has been am amazing and stressful time. In my recent and short practices, I have found myself drawn to the earth. Usually, I want to fly upside down And connect with the heavens. I am thankful for yoga and it has helped me open to the world. There’s a great story here, but my thumbs can’t keep up!
