Greetings, Yogis & Yoginis!  Thank you to all who have committed to this 30-day period of breathing, practice, meditation and growth.  I hope you’re all feeling the effects of what a daily practice brings to your life!  We’re halfway there!

I started my day with a short meditation, then a steamy Hot Vinyasa Class at Charm City Yoga in Severna Park!  Thanks, Monica, for a challenging practice!

Affirmation for meditation:  I claim my own power and I lovingly create my own reality.


  1. Yoga has brought so much discipline into my life, which according to Dan Millman’s book “The Life Your Were Born To Live” is my main goal in this life. Yoga covers every area (8 Limbs). I’d love to hear how others are enjoying their journey.

  2. Yoga certainly opened my eyes and heart definitely calms my mind and nourishes my soul, and continues to do these things each and every day. So glad God’s journey for me introduced me to cross paths with others who have made my life so full, so joyful in good and bad times. “This Little Light of Mine I’m Gonna Let It Shine” Namaste.
