Ahhhhh….. Nothing like starting the day with a great, sweaty, hot vinyasa practice. Breathing, moving and sweating on your mat is the most amazing way to detoxify, lengthen, strengthen and feel completely renewed. Thanks, Leigh, for a wonderful practice!
Affirmation for meditation: I am at peace. I repeated this mantra throughout my entire practice. Absolutely wonderful.
Music is the vibration of my soul, makes my soul sweat. Just finished my practice to a new Yoga CD I bought at Whole Foods yesterday, while out with my sweet daughter, it has songs for yoga, meditation and relaxation…ahhhh ananda, starting a day of “bliss.”
