DAY 3: PRACTICE, PRACTICE, AND MORE PRACTICE

When life is busy, we have to make time for practice.  When we don’t think we have the time, we have to make time for practice.  When there’s just too much to do, we have to make time for practice.

Saturday:  Awake at 6:00 a.m., practice.  Class at 8:00 a.m. – lead practice.  Class at 10:00 a.m. – lead practice.  Errands, errands, errands – turn off the radio and just be in the moment (isn’t that practice, too?).  Spend the afternoon with wonderful friends – be a good listener, speak honestly and from the heart, and just be in the moment (isn’t that practice, too?).  Quiet evening at home – reflect and be in the moment.  That’s practice.
