DAY 5: HOW MUCH IS ENOUGH?

It’s 6:15 on Saturday morning.  Power Yoga is at 8:00 a.m., then two more classes after that.  Makes me (and maybe you, too) wonder, “How much time is enough time to practice?”  This morning I spent much more time sitting, breathing, meditating.  A couple Downward Facing Dogs, Child’s Pose, a backbend or two, and I’m off! 

Give yourself something, every day.  A little breathing, or relaxation, or meditation, or a nice long practice.  But be sure you give yourself something.  Your SELF will thank you.
