YOU’RE NEVER TOO YOUNG TO PRACTICE YOGA!!!
My friend, photographer and fellow yogi, Danny Douglas, sent me this FABULOUS picture with the attached story:
“This is my youngest daughter Hannah. She told me she was doing yoga (like her dad). I told her we dont do yoga on the couch. She said, “maybe you should, it’s real comfy”.
Ahh to be 7 years old….”
Encourage your kids to practice Yoga! It’ll give them more strength, better balance and concentration, and improved breathing. And…IT’S FUN!!
