Join me and other practitioners for our first-monthly Yoga Master Class! Each month we will look at a particular aspect of the practice, break it down, and learn to apply it on the mat and in our world!

(located in the small shopping center by the 7-11, on the same side of Dalrymple Rd.)

This first Master Class will be centered around the Eight Limbs of Yoga, as described in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. We will discuss the Yamas (ethical disciplines) and Niyamas (self-observations) in detail – how to apply them to everyday life, as well as on the mat.
In Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra, the eightfold path is called ashtanga, which literally means “eight limbs” (ashta=eight, anga=limb). These eight steps basically act as guidelines on how to live a meaningful and purposeful life. They serve as a prescription for moral and ethical conduct and self-discipline; they direct attention toward one’s health; and they help us to acknowledge the spiritual aspects of our nature.
This will be an intense practice, with lots of breathing and movement. Get ready to watch your practice soar!
Please bring: Yoga mat, towel, water,
yoga blocks and strap (optional, but very helpful)
