SEPTEMBER IS NATIONAL YOGA MONTH

JOIN ME IN CELEBRATING NATIONAL YOGA MONTH!

SUNRISE YOGA SEPTEMBER 20TH @ 6:45 A.M.

The Fall Equinox is upon us, and it’s time for another Sunrise Yoga class at the North Beach Boardwalk!  Celebrate the new season, and embrace the beautiful changes that come with it.  The weather will be perfect, the energy unmatched by anything you’ve experienced in your practice.

In addition to the change of season, we will also be celebrating Global Mala Day.  The purpose of the Global Mala is to unite the global yoga community from every continent, school or approach to form a “mala around the earth” through collective practices based upon the sacred cycle of 108.  108 signifies the wholeness of the divinity, perfect totality.

This year’s Sunrise Yoga will be a 108-minute practice.  There will be an incredible mix of Yoga and meditation that is sure to leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and empowered.  Details are as follows:

Sunday, September 20th, 2009
Practice begins at 6:45 – 8:33 a.m.
North Beach Boardwalk Pavilion
North Beach, MD

As always, this is a FREE class.  However, this year we will be accepting donations that will be forwarded to the
Yoga Health Foundation.  The Yoga Health Foundation national programs offer unique solutions for combating chronic illnesses by encouraging mind body fitness programming.  100% of the proceeds will go to this organization.

Please RSVP as soon as you can.  In keeping with the sacred number 108, we would LOVE to see 108 participants at this event!  Please forward this information to anyone you know.

Namaste,
Beth
