  1. I will commit to doing something every day. I’m posting a calendar on my (new) office wall to record my commitment. I cannot say how far/fast/long I will go but am prepared to commit to no less than 15 minutes daily. Our yoga community is wonderful — this is work on its behalf and particularly on the behalf of our instructor.

  2. I will commit to the 30-day yoga challenge. Like the first poster, I have no idea how far I will make it, but I will surely try! I managed a few sun salutations standing at my desk the other day; that may be all I get in on some days! I love this idea of putting the commitment in writing, and I think I will also post this somewhere visible.

  3. Yes I will commit to the challenge. I do yoga poses all the time at work when I need a good stretch. Also on my horse!
    When you put your goal and commitments in writing we have a much better chance of keeping them.
    Thanks Beth for helping us to stretch our of our comfort zone a lieelt now and then!!
