Get your Asana ready for summer!
In this Yoga Intensive we will focus on creating strength, and more importantly, stability in the lower body. Be prepared for an energetic practice that will blast the glutes and thighs, and help you to strengthen and open every area, from the top of the hips to the tips of the toes!. The final segment of this Yoga Intensive will include lots of wonderful hip and hamstring openers.
Please bring two yoga blocks, water and a towel.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but it’s not required.
