YOGA INTENSIVE:  UPPER BODY STRENGTHENING

How many times have you practiced Sun Salutations, and by the time you get to Chaturanga (the infamous low push-up), you collapse into a heap on your mat?  Never Again!

In this Yoga Intensive we will focus on creating strength, and more importantly, stability in the upper body.  Be prepared for an energetic practice that will activate every part of the shoulders, arms and back (oh, and might as well throw some core in there, too!).  The final segment of this Yoga Intensive will include lots of  wonderful shoulder and heart openers.

Get ready for your practice to soar!

Please bring water and a towel.  Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but it’s not required.  

**Please bring two yoga blocks.**

  1. Hi,I love your classes. Due to some health issues I’m not always balanced or have feeling in my right side. Would this class be beneficial for me. I have missed all the other classes due to my job and would really like to make this one if you feel I can handle it. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.
